Inspired by various magazines including Interview, Paper, and Dazed, BEEF Magazine highlights individuals who are popular in today’s mainstream media. Getting into the “meat” of each person, this magazine aims to discover what society values in individuals—whether it be talent, humor, or just plain attractiveness—to have them be so heavily in the public eye and influence the daily media we consume.
Each individual covered in BEEF is personally unique, which is reflected in the magazine’s bold, experimental typography. Whether they’re red carpet celebrities or have 100K followers on Instagram, every person has an audience, and this magazine seeks to reach that audience.
