MyBaystate
MAY 2024 - JAN 2025 | WEB UX/UI DESIGN During my summer internship period at Baystate Financial, I lead the full redesign MyBaystate.net, the company’s intranet portal and primary resource for employees. With the original site being outdated and difficult to navigate, this redesign’s goal was focused on a more intuitive, user-friendly, and visually cohesive experience that reflected Baystate’s brand.

The new site features improved navigation, updated content, and a modern, responsive interface. Since its launch in January 2025, it has garnered over 400 active users and continues to serve as an important resource for employees.
